ABOUT THE ARTIST
Bryan Stewart is a Las Vegas-based conceptual artist whose creative vision has been influenced by music, graphic design, and shared experiences. Formative years in Oklahoma and the San Francisco Bay Area leading up to the MTV revolution inspired him to produce lip sync contests, manage a record store, and intern with a jazz record label during his college years. Meanwhile, his mother’s tenure at Compugraphic in the early 1980s exposed Bryan to pre-desktop publishing technology that influenced a graphic design style marked by a precise combination of fonts, geometric shapes, solid fills, and symmetry.
Throughout his life, Bryan has felt compelled to apply his artistic eye to shared, truthful experiences that build community and inspire action. He approaches milestones, campaigns, and events with an artist’s eye toward concept, messages, and execution. While Pop Spectrum represents his debut as an exhibiting artist, Bryan looks forward to sharing other creative explorations that draw from a perspective shaped by a fascinatingly diverse career including Paramount Pictures, pro beach volleyball, Major League Soccer, brand consulting, organ donation, Premier Partnerships, the Rose Parade, and Goodwill.
